Ways we can work together

Practical fundraising support, shaped around what your organisation actually needs

Different organisations need different kinds of help at different times. Whether you’re just starting to explore funding, feeling stuck and unsure where to focus, or need hands-on support to move things forward, there are a number of ways I can provide support.

My approach is always practical, honest, and realistic, and I love working with causes I care about.

Working with me

  • A focused one-off session to help you move something forward

This is an online call, designed to help you make progress on a specific challenge or area of fundraising.

This could be anything from helping get your organisation set up for grant fundraising, sense-checking a funding idea and thinking through fundable project design, unblocking a stalled application, reviewing feedback from funders and considering next steps, or deciding what to focus on next.

It’s ideal if you want clear, practical input, available quickly, without any commitment to ongoing support.

    ✔ One-off, focused 1-1 support

✔ Tailored to what you need right now

✔ A practical way to gain clarity and momentum

✔ After our call I will also send you any key notes and actions from our discussion, plus links to any useful resources.

If you’re ready to book, you can choose a date and time here

  • These one-off support options are designed to give you clarity, confidence, and direction, with no committing to longer-term work.

Starter Grant Pipeline (£500) – Get your trust and foundation fundraising organised, and monitor your success, with a pipeline template populated with funders that match your fundraising needs and projects. Includes online call to take you through the pipeline and fundraising options identified.

Pipeline Refresh (£350) – A review of your existing pipeline to spot gaps, remove poor-fit funders, and identify new opportunities

Funding Foundations Audit (£500) – A review of your organisation’s readiness to attract and manage grants, and advice and guidance on what you need to get started and setup for successful grant fundraising.

Bid-writing (quoted on request) – Support to draft strong applications for a variety of grant opportunities with Trusts, Foundation and Lotteries.

Bid Review (£250) – Constructive feedback and improvement ideas on a draft application, or a previously unsuccessful application, to help position for better success in the future.

If there is something you need that isn’t listed, I may still be able to help, so please get in touch.

  • Tailored advice, support and a sounding board, from someone who gets it!

Great for leaders or founders of small charities or social enterprises who are getting started with grant fundraising.

Package is £200 per month, for a 6-month period.

It includes a monthly 1:1 online check-in to:

    • sense-check ideas for fundable projects

    • take steps to improve your organisation’s grant-readiness

    • build confidence in your grant-writing and fundraising approach

    • talk through funding challenges and decisions

    • celebrate your wins!

You also get email support throughout the month, as required.

I won’t be doing the work for you, but I will be helping you plan, reflect, and make informed choices to improve your fundraising success.

I’ll also aim to help you feel more supported in a role that I know can feel really heavy at times.

  • For organisations who want ongoing, hands-on fundraising support

This is for small charities and social enterprises who want a trusted fundraiser alongside them, helping to shape projects, build a realistic funding pipeline and focus on the opportunities that are genuinely worth pursuing.

Support is shaped around your organisation, but usually includes:

    • developing and maintaining a grant funding pipeline

    • identifying funders that are a good fit (and filtering out those that aren’t)

    • helping you shape projects so they are clearer and more fundable

    • support with drafting applications and supporting documents

    • helping you plan ahead, rather than constantly reacting to deadlines

    • helping you monitor your grant success and make sure you are nurturing your funder relationships

This support is designed for small charities and social enterprises without their own dedicated in-house fundraising team.

Pricing is based on your potential grant return and ambition, rather than your organisation’s size, and all retainers are for six months at a time.

I am currently full for ongoing retainer arrangements, but please get in touch if you would like to be added to the waiting list.
