Hi, I’m Claire…

I’ve spent over 20 years working in the charity sector, including as a small charity CEO, and more than 18 years specialising in Trust & Foundation fundraising.

I understand first-hand the pressures of running a small organisation — balancing funding, service delivery, and leadership, often with limited time and resources. I know how overwhelming fundraising can feel when it’s sitting alongside everything else.

That experience shapes how I work.

I don’t believe in overcomplicating fundraising or pushing organisations into work that doesn’t fit. Instead, I help leaders and founders get clear on what’s fundable, build strong foundations, and move forward with confidence — at a pace that’s realistic for them.
