Motivational Maps

If you’ve ever felt unsure about what’s driving you at work, or why something no longer feels quite right, Motivational Maps can help bring clarity.

This simple but powerful tool helps you understand what motivates you, how that’s influencing your decisions, and what might need to shift.

What is a Motivational Map?

Motivational Maps are a personal development tool designed to uncover what really drives you at work.

After completing a short questionnaire, you’ll receive a personalised report highlighting your key motivators and how they show up in your day-to-day working life.

Together, we then explore what this means for you — helping you better understand your strengths, your challenges, and what might need to change to feel more aligned and energised in your work.

Who is it for?

This can be particularly helpful if you are:

  • Feeling stuck or unsure about your next step

  • Navigating change in your career or business

  • Leading a team and wanting to better understand motivation

  • Supporting others through development or transition

  • Wanting more clarity about what drives you day to day

“I have utilised many personal and professional development tools throughout my life, but I was truly blown away by the Motivational Map! Not only was it incredibly accurate, but it helped me reflect on my current circumstances. Claire has a wonderful mix of being both caring and professional, which leads you to feel really supported throughout the process. If you are looking to gain clarity and insights into yourself, I would highly recommend a Motivational Map”

  • A one-to-one session to explore your results and what they mean for you

For organisations, this can also be used to support team development, leadership programmes, and staff wellbeing.
